Chloe Grace >> Biography

Chloë Grace Moretz was born on February 10th 1997 in Atlanta, Georgia into a family of four boys. She was destined to be a star from the beginning. Her first role came in 2004, on the show The Guardian, as Violet. There was no stopping Chloë Grace from there!

2005 was a big year for Chloë! She starred in the short film Heart of the Beholder and the made for TV movie Family Plan. She also booked parts in the hit television shows, My Name is Earl. She also starred in the hit horror remake based on a true story, The Amityville Horror as Chelsea "Missy" Lutz. Her co-stars included big names Ryan Reynolds and Melissa George.

With 2006's arrival, Chloë would be seen in multiple places this year. She starred opposite Martin Lawerance in the comedy sequel Big Momma's House 2 as Carrie Fuller. She was also booked to gueststar on the hit ABC show, Deperate Housewives, once in 2006 and again in 2007. Chloë Grace was also seen in the horror films Wicked Little Things and Room 6 that year.

As her career progress further, Chloë Grace took on two different recurring television roles in 2007. The first was the Playhouse Disney show My Friends Tigger and Pooh as Super Sleuth Darby, the young friend of the famous bear and tiger. She also was set to star as Kiki George in the primetime ABC drama Dirty Sexy Money with Peter Krause and Donald Sutherland. She also appeared in movies such as Hallowed Ground and The Cure. The next year, though, would see one of Chloë Grace's biggest booking years yet!

Chloë Grace took on roles in an armload of successful films come 2008. They included the hit animated Disney film Bolt as the younger version of Miley Cyrus's character, Penny, and The Poker House as Cammie, a favorite at the Los Angeles Film Festival. She also potrayed Toby Bishop in the dark film Not Forgotten. Chloë booked a part in the newly released film, (500) Days of Summer. The movie became an instant favorite of critics everywhere, earning Miss Chloë Grace a bunch of wonderful praise. She also appeared in films such as Jack and the Beanstalk. 2008 also saw the close of Chloë's ABC show, Dirty Sexy Money.

2009 was certainly another big year for 12-year-old Chloë Grace Moretz. She will be seen in as Hit Girl in the upcoming action/comedy, Kick-Ass alongside big names like Nicolas Cage. Her super-secret costume was revealed at Comic-Con 2009. She began filming the American remake of the Swedish film Let The Right One In alongside Kodi Smit-McPhee in the winter and completed it in January of 2010. She also snagged a role in the film The Diary of a Wimpy Kid, based off the books by Jeff Kinney.

2010 is promising to be a huge year for Chloë! Already, she has scored roles in promising films such as The Fields and The Invention of Hugo Cabret. Chloë's part in the Matthew Vaughn film Kick-Ass has already been praised, and Let Me In will be released come fall. She is also rumored to be attached to Mixtape, a film about a young girl who finds a broken mixtape belonging to the mother she never knew. If she is cast, she'll play the lead role of Beverly. We can expect Chloë to be a big name this year!

Even with such big projects, Chloë Grace still gets to enjoy being a normal kid. She enjoys swimming and playing basketball and doing ballet. She also loves playing with her dogs and hanging out with friends. This is one little girl we can expect amazing things from!
