Jul 28 Comic Con, ‘Let Me In’, And More

This past weekend, Chloe made her way to Comic Con in San Diego, California to take place in the press panel for Let Me In. Over 20 pictures from that have been added, including loads of HQs! She also visited the Myspace and MTV Tower and pictures from that are also in the gallery. New posters and a red band trailer for Let Me In were released, and I must say that it looks pretty scary! Check it out below, but be warned that it is not for kids. Screencaps from this, and the international trailer are now up in the gallery.

I’ve added more pictures that Chloe posted on her Twitter. Some pics of her at Perez Hilton’s One Night concert in London back in June have surfaced, and been added to the gallery. Also, I’ve added HQ pictures from her gorgeous shoot with Interview Magazine, several more shots from the Kevin Scanlon shoot, and a new photo that was taken at WonderCon. Be sure to keep checking the gallery, as we’ll be uploaded tons of photos, both old and new, over the coming weeks!

Check out a few interviews with the cast of Let Me In following the press conference here! They’re all pretty cool so be sure to watch! Lastly, Chloe’s brother Trevor has announced that she will be in another new film, called The Rut! He says, “it’s a stunning drama that will show an amazingly vulnerable and independent side of Chloe.” Chloe’s mother Terri and Trevor will be executive producing the film and it will be directed by David O’Russell. Trevor also announced that Chloe is currently in negotiations to snag a role in a new “dramedy” starring Vince Vaughn called Old St. Louis. Congratulations Chloe! Hopefully, we’ll get to hear more about these films soon! And don’t forget to keep voting for Chloe at the TCA’s!

Jul 14 Vote for Chloe on the Teen Choice Awards!

I’m sorry we’re a bit late with these news, we’ve both been pretty busy. If some Chloe fans out there haven’t seen this yet, they really should read it now. Out little girl has been nominated in the category Choice Movie: Female Breakout at the Teen Choice Awards 2010 along with stars as Taylor Swift, Gemma Arterton & Mia Wasikowska.

It’s really easy to vote. Just login and if you’re not already a member it just takes a few minutes to register to the site and then please, cast your vote on Chloe. She really deserves it.

Jun 12 Updating pages around the site

Hello again! There’s not anything new around Chloe right now so I took the time to update some pages instead. I’ve done some new “Link me” affies, and I also created a new page in the Chloe section called Timeline. It’s really fun to look back and see how much she’s grown during these years.

I’ll be updating some more pages very soon, make sure to check back on the site but until then we here on Chloe Source just wanted to wish all the Chloe fans a very good summer! :)

Jun 02 New Film: ‘Hick’

First off, I want to welcome Jonna to the Chloe Source team! Thanks for joining! =) Second, Chloe has booked yet another role, this time starring! The film is called Hick, based on the novel by Andrea Portes, playing Luli, a 13-year-old drifter. Here’s a synopsis of the novel, from Borders:

Foreseeing a hopeless future in barrooms and parking lots, cagey 13-year-old Luli McMullen bolts headlong from the heartland, aiming at Las Vegas where she expects to find herself a sugar daddy. Almost immediately, crooked-bodied Eddie Kreezer, a roving obsessive with a violent streak, and a fading but lovely grifter named Glenda begin to do battle for Luli’s head and heart.

On their perilous journey westward, Luli is introduced to drifters, lowlifes, strippers, speed freaks, gold-diggers, and a Libertarian with a dog named Karl. Along the way, she learns the truth of American rootlessness and discovers both the power and the peril of her own sexual curiosity.

Part coming-of-age story and part raggedy picaresque, Hick leads us at a blinding pace down broken roads through a world that seems to this extraordinary and indomitable young girl dangerously uncharted.

May 26 New co-web!

Hello everybody! I’m very happy to present myself as the new co-web on the site. My name is Jonna and I’m a huge fan of Chloe Moretz. My other site is Yara Place. I hope you haven’t missed the news updates on Chloe Source too much. Claire has been pretty busy lately but I’ll try to post some news whenever I can on the site.

So, let’s start with a gallery update. I’ve updated some new and old pictures, mostly from Chloe’s new movie Kick-ass but also her new project called Let me in. This movie looks really interesting and I can’t wait to see it! I’ve also done screencaps from Chloe’s apperance in The Ellen Degeneres Show. Have you missed the interview? Watch it here!

Apr 15 Tonight Show With Jay Leno

Chloe made her very first talk show appearance on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno last, promoting Kick-Ass, and she looked gorgeous! She is growing up way too fast. =) They talked about loads, including how she got into acting, her 13th birthday party back in February, and how she landed the part as Hit Girl! You can watch it on Youtube and you can also download the clip here thanks to the very awesome Seb! There is also screencaptures in the gallery. =) Chloe is also featured on the cover of Back Stage, and it comes with another gorgeous new photo. I’ve added a small scan of the cover to the gallery and hopefully we’ll have more, better quality scans soon! Enjoy!

Apr 14 Lots of Kick-Ass Promotion

Chloe has been one busy girl lately! First off, there was a premiere for Kick-Ass in Dublin a while ago and Chloe attended, looking gorgeous as always! There are some photos from that in the gallery here. Back on March 30th, I believe, there was also a photocall for the film in Berlin. We have loads of pictures from that as well, right here. She looked so cute, and the photos are amazing so be sure to check them out if you haven’t already! =) She also attended the Empire Film Awards on March 28th, and you can check out some photos here! Next, there was a Meet & Greet with the cast of Kick-Ass, including Chloe, at the Hot Topic store in Hollywood on Monday and I’ve added some photos from that. She looked stunning, I’m in love with her whole outfit!

The New York Times profiled Chloe recently and the article has been posted. You can read it here! It comes with a beautiful new photo by Kevin Scanlon. I’ve added it to the gallery so be sure to take a look! Thanks to the wonderful Hien, there is a lovely photoshoot of Chloe, Aaron Johnson, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse taken in New York on April 8th.

And lastly, the Los Angeles premiere of Kick-Ass was held last night and of course, Chloe attended! She looked absolutely stunning! I’m completely in love with her gorgeous pink dress. She looked so grown up and sophisticated. There are over 180 pictures from that, including a couple HQs, and more will be added shortly! Enjoy!

Mar 23 Kick-Ass UK Premiere

As I mentioned before, Chloe attended the premiere of Kick-Ass in London last night. She looked so pretty, I just love her outfit. There are over 100 pictures in the gallery now, including lots of HQs, and more will be added as they are found. =) Enjoy!

Mar 22 New Gallery Layout; Kick-Ass screening & premiere

If you head over to the gallery, you will see a brand new layout, made by me. It was inspired a bit by Juli’s layout here at the main site. =) As much as I loved Dani’s banner, it was up for over six months so it was definitely time for a change. I hope everyone likes it! There was a girls only screening of Kick-Ass in London recently and Chloe attended, looking pretty as always! I’ve added some (unforunately) tagged pictures to the gallery. Also, the UK premiere of the film was tonight and pictures will be added very soon. =)
